EGALIS SURL is a Burundian registered company established in April 2014, specializing in ICT consultancy services. We operate in the wide field of telecommunications and Information Technology, providing innovative solutions to help operators and regulators deliver delighting services to their customers.
One of its flagship products is the “FINCH” solution which stands for Flexible and Incredibly Handy Solution; or Flexible, Ingenious, Notorious, Convenient, and Handy solutions.
Finch has been used on a 3 year period by the Telco regulator in Burundi (ARCT) to audit the quality of services offered by Mobile operators, with a customer base exceeding 4 million. The power of Finch has also proven to excellently deal with various equipment supplier, as the audited networks operate Nokia and Huawei equipment. The “FinchSaneQuos” standing for Finch is Sublime when Appraising Network Quality of Service, was used to carry out the mission.
Egalis has also a solid experience in addressing Revenue Assurance challenges that many Telco's operators have to overcome every time. The testimony can come from Telecel Central Africa where an enhanced solution of Finch was used to handle the Revenue Assurance part. The solution operates under “FinchEsopeReg” standing for Finch Egalis Solutions for Operators and Regulators, and encompasses the Network Performance and Revenue Assurance parts.
Currently, FinchQuosRais standing for Finch Quality of Service and Revenue Assurance Solution is deployed in Muni SA in Equatorial Guinea with an astonishing positive feedback from the users where Heavy challenging reports and controls have been automated.
The beauty of Finch, is its scalability force, as it is easily upgradable to tackle any new issues that often arises in Telco's industry with rapidly evolving technologies. This is to say that Finch can work with 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and beyond.

Egalis Founder has more than 25 years of experience in telecoms, several years as Technical Director of mobile operations, has developed several quality of service management and Revenue Assurance solutions, has an MBA obtained at the famous University of Liverpool with a thesis focused on the quality of service
His experience was consolidated over many assignments across Africa: Burundi, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Central Africa, etc. He is occasionally seconded by Morris Nimubona with a worldwide experience in Radio Network optimization for 2G, 3G, and LTE.
